Delivery & Shipping

Delivery in South Africa takes 1-4 business days once couriers have collected after processing. Areas in remote regions may experience a slight delay. Contact us for urgent express deliveries that can be arranged strictly Mon-Thur.

Delivery is nationwide and our courier delivers to your door. You will be issued with a waybill number to track your shipment so you can make sure you’re around.

Delivery nationwide is free of charge over R750 or carries a charge of R69.

Return / Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it: The item will need to be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and still have all the original labels and sanitary stickers untampered with to qualify for the policy. 

*Black Friday sale items are eligible for exchanges only where available. 
*Vouchers and voucher products are non-refundable. 

In terms of the return/exchange policy you have 5 days from the receipt (delivery) of the product to contact us.

The shipping costs of the return/exchange items to our premises is to be covered by the customer, we will cover the cost to courier the new (exchanged items) back to you. Should you require any further assistance we are happy to help, please feel free to reach out.

Please note we do not allow the reselling of any items without a contractual agreement.
